Cash Fringe Not Calculating Correctly When Employee Does Not Elect Insurance

We’re having an issue with cash fringe calculations when an employee chooses not to elect insurance coverage.Here’s our current setup: Wage Code is set up for the project Union Codes are set up for the project CF (Cash Fringe) code is setup Insurance rate is pulled from: Employee File > Pay Rates > Employer Benefit If the employee is in their open enrollment period or opts out of medical insurance, this field is left blank. Previously, we used Benefit Tier Overrides to enter the difference between the required fringe and the insurance benefit. This setup worked well until we had an employee who didn’t elect any insurance — in that case, the cash fringe calculation is thrown off completely.Example: Employee Rate: $20.00/hr Prevailing Wage Rate: $21.58/hr Prevailing Wage Fringe Rate: $3.58/hr Expectation: The employee should receive $21.58/hr base pay + a cash fringe of $3.58/hr, minus any Employer Benefit amount listed (if applicable).If no Employer Benefit is listed,

Overtime Report (Delta Only) for Big Beautiful Bill?

What report is Spectrum suggesting we use to show the overtime value delta (not exactly overtime hours earned) for employees to self report their overtime values for the OT credit with the Big Beautify Bill? I don’t see a current report in Spectrum that shows the delta only. Will Spectrum be building something specific before the end of 2025 or what do we generate for our employees during this self reporting time period? I know it is early, but just wanted to be clear on what the next steps would be from Spectrum’s point of view. Thanks!

Hi dear colleagues,How do you analyze sentiment in your community? And also do deeper topic/theme analysis to identify trending themes in the community?I’m trying to understand if the only way is to involve data engineers or maybe there’s already a nice tool for this. I know Orbit could do this, but it’s no longer available after acquisition.
