What report is Spectrum suggesting we use to show the overtime value delta (not exactly overtime hours earned) for employees to self report their overtime values for the OT credit with the Big Beautify Bill? I don’t see a current report in Spectrum that shows the delta only. Will Spectrum be building something specific before the end of 2025 or what do we generate for our employees during this self reporting time period? I know it is early, but just wanted to be clear on what the next steps would be from Spectrum’s point of view. Thanks!
